Hello everyone, my first post here, pleased to meet you all 
Had my Enyaq a whole year now and its rumbled front and rear forever, I also have the clunk or knock noise at the rear. I understand the noise is caused by incorrect preload in the rear springs, it is because the spring fails to stay in contact with its seating pad. Skoda knows all about the fault, there's a long discussion on another forum about when VW id.3 and VW id.4 first went on the roads and when a dealer first identified the problem for the customer, after first replacing swaybar links (no fix ) then strut top mounts (no fix), suspension struts (no fix) and then the springs themselves when it was a fix!
